Alpine DVD Rom Drive problem

The Sat Nav DVD Rom drive in my Accord now has a disc error message and won't eject the disc either.......anyone know of a decent repair shop for these? Apart from all the multipoint connectors its just a DVD rom drive - or is that too simplistic?
AllI did was eject the old disc and insert a new (genuine) disc for an update.....ho hum.
