Does my car have Bluetooth for phone connection?

I've got a Mercedes c180 coupe 2006 and been trying to connect my phone to it but have been unsuccessful, now I'm wondering does it even have built in Bluetooth?
Can anyone advise

Some do & some don't. There's a docking station located in the lid section of the centre console armrest where you can have a bluetooth or phone cradle mounted if it's been specced originally.

It might do, but it doesn't work anyway. Based on my 2005 C Class.

If the car has phone prep, so has a plug (UHI plug) under the centre armrest lid, then you can get a bluetooth adapter for that.
