Halfords Dashcam Fitting Corsa E

Hey Pistonheads I got a dash cam fitted at Halfords to the fuse box which is located in the glove box today by an amateur by the looks of it, I got half way home and the wire fell into the passenger footwell. My question is should there be a panel covering the fuse box from underneath as when I've gone to have a look it looks a little exposed and looks like it should be covered. Car is a corsa e limited edition 66 plate

No , there isn't a panel covering the underneath the fuse box. However the Halfwits fitter should have cable tied the excess cable to the frame next to the fuse box to stop it falling out.
