PH detectives - ID this aftermarket central locking unit

Any ideas? Would like to find a manual. Or at least work out what the red button on the end does.

(I daren't press it in case it detonates. Or wipes the one keyfob that came with it)

The button is likely to be to lock/unlock without the remote.

That's my suspicion. Fob only works sometimes so hoping could find a second fob to work with it.
