Hi
I have a 2011 civic type s GT-T and need some help regarding the Factory Fitted Satnav/audio, basically I have 1 radio station working (radio 2) the cd player plays but cannot skip tracks and the volume controls work. when the ignition is switched on the Honda Connect sign appears and then the screen goes blank although the menu buttons are lit up, obviously the unit will open and close to allow access to the cd player. is this some sort of malfunction that someone else has experienced with this SSD unit that can be sorted or does it need to be replaced.

.

Speak to a Honda dealer, they can sort you with a repair.
