Recommend a new single din head unit

Just need to replace my ipod compatible Alpine with something modern but not DAB.

Bluetooth essential.

Any recommendations. Ta

ETA the current unit has a multi pin cable connected to the rear that allows the head unit to control the iPod. Old style connector as it's from 2003.

All the modern units I have looked at have an USB in, which I presume means only controlling the music via the iPod itself. Is that correct?

Also might mean retiring the old iPod as it's firewire not USB.
