I own and drive (or did) a 2010 (59) plate Jaguar XF 3.0l Premium. I had the DPF light come on and followed the Jaguar handbook to re-gen the DPF, ie drive for 15-20 mins over 30mph at around 3000rpm. This had no effect, but I developed a low coolant level warning. When I returned home I tried to fill the coolant but it just kept leaking, from closer inspection, none of the front hoses are split, however the leak seems to be coming from between the two heads and the block. Does anyone have or had a similar situation and can you advise please

Take it to someone who knows what they are doing.

Don't drive it. Get it recovered to a competent mechanic to get it fixed.

At the moment it might be as simple as a split hose, but if you keep driving it with a big leak as you describe then you could do a lot of damage.
