Can you do Advance Training in an auto?

Yes you can do it in an auto.
Depending on what you are after it can be a good thing. Some people find the "speed for the gear, gear for the speed" thing difficult and distracting - an auto box actually does this for you....leaving you to concentrate on the observation/planning/anticipation/smoothness/accuracy stuff.
Go for it!
Once you've passed I'll bet you'll want to try it in your Supra though...

The idea is to be in a progressive gear coming out of the corner so that you can make a bit of progress. If you are constantly waiting for kickdown you will lose precious time that you can be using to possibly get an overtake in.
