There's an IAM trackday planned for Saturday 11th February at Bedford. This is more than a standard track day and includes tuition, wet handling instruction, control smoothness and progression, high speed lapping driving a VX220 Turbo with instructor and passenger rides in a Palmer Jaguar. Plus, of course, open lapping in your own car. The day covers all parts of Bedford: north, east, south and west circuits. Cost is a discounted £199, against a usual £350.
Thing is, it's only open to IAM members but they need a minimum number signed up by the end of this week or it will be cancelled. Since I've put my own name forward, I now need others to commit as well! Spread the word!
