No oil pressure warning when on slight slope...

So my V70 2003 D5 automatic barge banger is doing ok so far since I bought it a couple of months ago. Cambelt changed at 188k miles as no evidence it had been done except at 98k miles, and I changed the water pump at the same time.
All good but I've noticed that when starting the car after sitting on a slight slope (nose down) the display tells me to stop in a safe place. Due to the last place it was I couldn't and (against me best judgement I drive it slowly) it went off after driving approx 100 yards. It happened again a couple of days ago and again by the end of the street it cleared.
So am I driving a ticking time bomb or is it just a sensor? The oil level is ok (checked in a level surface) although the last time I checked the dipstick handle snapped off... That was fun, but new one ordered.
I'd like the car to last me a few more months at the very least but with this oil pressure warning and now the alarm service (it's locking the doors but not setting the alarm) I'm starting to worry come the time to flog it on.
P.s. I am mechanically incompetent so the local garage is where I'd have to go unless it's pretty simple to check!

A bump for this - anyone heard of this?
Had to change a tyre the other day and the No Oil Pressure warning light came on again. Needed to move the car out of the street and in less than 50 yards it had cleared and has been fine for the last 200 miles.
About to take it to a garage to check but they're not a Volvo specialist so don't want an expensive guessing game on a £1k car. Does it sound like a sensor or could it be something else?
Why would it work faultessly for the last 6,000 miles yet every time it's parked (fine when running on steep slope) nose down the warning light comes on (oil level always fine)
That plus the Alarm sensor fault are the only 2 things that are distracting from what is a comfy reliable barge!

I had something similar once. it sound like there is a hole in your oil lines somewhere letting the pressure escape when the oil pump/ engine is turned off.
The pressure the pump can create is enough to turn the warning light off when you are driving.
Get under your car there will be oil on part of the underside somewhere. Use a torch. It could be hiding behind a sump guard etc

Thanks chaps - booked into the local garage who will be doing a pre-MOT check next month.
He reckons it could simply need a change (mentioning oil thinning as above) and while there was a receipt of a service including oil change a couple of months before I bought it I don't know what was used.
That was July last year and it's done 5,000ish miles since then so happy if that's what will cure it! If not hopefully just a sensor check plus oil change should see it through MOT and another 6 months plus!
