V70R AWD Phase 3 Rear Discs

Hi all,
I recently purchased a stunning, relatively low mileage (80k) V70R AWD Phase 3 it needs little doing to it however the rear discs appear to be the originals coming to the end of there life, infact today a slight squeal started coming from the near side. A quick skim through the minefield of information online seems to signal that this is going to be an ordeal given that only a limited amount of these discs were ever produced, & no aftermarket ones appeared (I can only assume due to the lack of demand). It seems that the supply has fully drained up & only one site I can find on the net has them listed as in-stock, but they are listed at £250 which i'm willing to pay but the company won't ship to the UK from the USA.
Can anyone shed any further light on brake scenario I find myself in, are there any sites or dealers out there I've missed?. Does anyone have the exact dimensions of the brakes on the Phase 3?. If i cant source them can I revert the brakes to an older system off a Phase 2 or standard V70? I don't drive fast or aggressively so less performance (so longs as it stops) isn't the end of the world.

Phase 3? Can't say I've look as mine have not needed doing yet, but I can't imagine its a big issue. I've just had a quick scan and found the following:

I always see them on eBay too. Don't think there is an issue if I am honest.
