Can anyone point me at a list for Volvo/Santander damage charges? Tried searching the thread but couldn’t find anything. My V90 is due to go back next week and I’m expecting at least an alloy to be charged.
Doesn't seem to be publicly available if it exists! I called and they told me they don't have one and to email team with pics of damage for an estimate/advice?!Still not collected V90 so can't help on end of lease costs yet.

Thanks for that. Volvo have finally replied to my email today and confirmed their agents will contact me to arrange collection (BCA?) but based on what I’ve seen on here looks like it could be a while!Still not collected V90 so can't help on end of lease costs yet.

Some recent V90 CC musings...
The dealership who damaged the interior trim replacing the cabin filter came out to our house and replaced it, I didn't fancy a 50 mile round trip to rectify someone else's mistake.
That aside I've now reached 10k (much slower than expected) without any faults. I rotated the tyres around to even the wear out a bit, it probably won't be an issue as my mileage will be unusually low for this lease, but it has saved me replacing tyres in the past.
It then happily swallowed up all the paraphernalia that accompanies a baby and took us down to Cornwall in comfort. It's a really pleasant way of doing a long journey with passengers and luggage.

I'm sure there is something in the 180 odd pages but looked through the last few and can't find anyone with the Volvo finance that had had their car serviced elsewhere. Mine is due 2nd service before it goes back in 2 months time so i got to get it done. Volvo have quoted me £500 so wondering if I can take it elsewhere.

Have you considered sending it back early to avoid the £500 service? If it’s through Santander they will charge you 50% of remaining payments (plus vat). That’s what I’m doing. Just sending back 1 month early is likely to cost less than the service. Might be worth asking For an early termination quote?ED209 said:

I returned my V90 CC and bought a Chevrolet Camaro SS
Probably get better mpg!Santander would only give me a 28day extension on my Volvo V90 CC lease, unless I had an order in the system for a new contract. I’ve got until October the 27th to find something, which probably limits me to stock deals.
Hmm, something tells my finding a 40k+ car for circa £300 isn’t going to be easy!
Death of the PCH!!

If it’s just an advance notification you will be fine. If you are past the 2 year or mileage trigger then you are right it will need servicing before return.
i believe you have a months grace to have the your annual service done ie it has to be done by end of month 13 after first registration - if you delayed to end of grace period would second service be due 12 months after that ie end of month 25 or still after 24 months?? highet said:

I've managed to get a decent early termination figure which also means I don't need ot do the service as Volvo confirmed the warning gives me a month so all good.
I've got two scuffed alloys, is it worth getting a mobile van out to do these or hand it back and accept £60 per wheel (or whatever they charge).

I had to wait 9 weeks for my Golf R to be collected by BCA...Finally collected yesterday by BCA
Charged for 2 x alloy wheel gouges, all 4 had some nicks one was from hitting cobble on road that also burst a tyre!
BCA report >>>Scuffed rim only over 50mm Up to 2mm deep Refurb Alloy Wheel £60.00 (x 2)
5+ scratches gouges on rear bumper lip
BCA report >>>>Bumper rear Paint chips More than 4 Repaint 150.00
Were some other bits and bobs but happy enough with cost. Sure it would have cost me more to sort out myself, also I would have probably done all 4 wheels, plus a nick on front bumper and 'seatbelt trapped in door' dent.
Driver was pleased with a cup of tea and I'd say above is in my reasonable box.
