I agree, none of them make me want to buy them frown

I'm afraid I have to agree. I don't like the non replica ones anywhere near as much.

I must admit the Unimog, AROCS and Volvo have been appealing due to the nature of the fact they're real vehicles.

I enjoyed the F1 and Le Mans cars as they're "close enough" to the real thing... and the GT3 was another league.

I may well go for the 6x6 simply because it's a big set and I'll be bored at some point over winter hehe In fact, sod's law says it'll be rare and worth a fortune in a few years time!

Do you think Lego will bring out another licensed set in the same size as the Porsche?

Disappointing.
In what sense? The group buy, or the new models?
New models.

I’ve got to agree. Looking at some of the models Lego have made over the last year these certainly aren’t the best of the bunch.

However that big truck does looks cool I just don’t think I’d want to build it.

I was hoping for a super set to celebrate the 40 years from the first Technical sets back in 77. None of the new models do it for me and I don't like the 8860 homage from the 3 current kits.

I am hoping for a snap release towards the end of the year. From memory the 850 to 853 sets came out came out in October. I suspect I will be disappointed.

I'd be much more interested if the fire truck was the main set and rc. The tow truck just doesn't do it for me.
Mind you I want the Saturn v and I haven't bought that yet.

As an FYI I found the email in my Junk folder, no idea why.

I'm also out.

Thanks for the email Russ, but I'm saving up for the Saturn V and the Routemaster bus this year and Mrs RosscoPCole is already complaining that the hall has too much Lego in it.

BMW R1200GS done.

Not a bad build. Fairly easy & straightforward.

I'm toying with selling my Porsche 42056 if anyone is interested before it goes on ebay, it has been built and displayed.
I have all of the original packaging including poly bags.
Stickers have been put on, but the code on the dash has not been used.
Can be dismantled if preferred.

They seem to be averaging 150 on ebay, so somewhere around there +p&p, no idea how much that would be as its pretty heavy!
I'm in Northamptonshire if collection is easier

So I'm selling my genuine GT3RS on local facebook selling groups, built then disassembled and someone has been in touch asking me to build it again then he'll buy it off me. To me this seems very strange as half the fun, to me anyway, is in the building. Anyone else had this?

Nvm, he's now trying to get me taking a stty old mountain bike in trade.
