And it's back up to £250! Don't think it's meant to be....
It’s a lot of cash for what is essentially just a box of plastic! dr_gn said:
Bit of a daft statement since you could reduce pretty much anything that’s ever been designed and manufactured in the history of the world to be the equivalent of “just a box of x, y and/or z”.
Indeed, there’s a whole argument there isn’t there!Anyhow, the Chiron is reduced further on Amazon to £240, a £90 saving over the Lego Store.

New 2019 sets now on the Lego website, including the Porsche 911 RSR which it says is released on Boxing Day.
Oh man that looks awesome!! Any idea on scale/size compared to the previous 911? Seems a lot cheaperI was looking at the roof pieces and they seem the same as the RS.
Looks good but a little pricey considering the halo Chiron can be had for around £50 more but I suspect it will come down considerably just like the Chiron.

Taken from here,

A quick analysis shows that the old GT3 RS is 1100 pieces bigger than the new RSR; this is due to a very complicated manual gear box mechanism in GT3 RS (and the new RSR has none). The measurements of the both cars also show a significant difference in their scales: the new RSR is 3”/7cm shorter, 2”/5cm narrower and 1.5”/4cm lower. Here are Porsche 911 RSR measurements: 5” (13cm) high, 19” (50cm) long and 7” (20cm) wide.
