Seems like it could be £400 - £500 assuming it gets to production.
It looks good but i'm not sure it look £400 good...

Hmm, and only 50 or so more parts than the Rough Terrain Crane.

Putting quite a lot of our stuff on FB Marketplace in Lux, including some diggers, trucks, F1 car, Unimog, etc.
I was surprised to see how much a lot of Technic stuff was selling for on the Bay of Fleas (kits from 2011, 2012, 2013...), so my daughters could end up with quite a lot of € in their pockets for the stuff they're selling for what they now want to buy, like music, make up, clothes, etc., ... rolleyeswink

Latest purchases.

Think I’ll give the ZR1 a go. Hopefully it won’t fall apart every time I look at it - which is what happens to the Caterham!!!

I built the Mack truck over Christmas and enjoyed it so much I've since bought and made the Caterham and the Mini Cooper, I'd also bought the VW camper and Beetle, then I found some kits on eBay I liked so contacted the seller and did a deal to end up with the Sopwith, the Volvo wheel loader and the service truck, i'll only put up pics of the two technics sets though!!

ZR1 build so far. Quite impressed - certainly better ‘in the flesh’ than the box art suggests.

I have both of those - stored away with boxes never opened. I do want the Sopwith though.

Have you seen the price of 42030 on Amazon?!
They're >£300 now.

I have one that's still in it's sealed box. Think it's off to be sold!

I opened the box of mine, but still not built it. Doh. Everything still bagged up.

I’ve had a play with it and it’s a monster. Expensive as you say, but tons of PF stuff.

I won’t build one as I’ve done the 8043 in the last few years, but it’s a big ‘ol kit.

In the past week,

42030 sold for €260 locally
42009 sold for €160
8052 sold for €50 (no box)
9397 sold for €115
8258 sold for €165

9396 is going tomorrow for €79

I've some interest now in other kits on FB Marketplace, so hope more will sell soon!

Are you only selling locally on FB marketplace, or are you using eBay and getting buyers to pay postage?

I'm considering selling some, but wondering if the size of the boxes makes shipping much more expensive, never mind having to find a box to ship it in.

Well the Chiron is finished. Turns out the last 30% of the build only took a about 90mins so all in it was about 8:30hrs - pretty pleased with it and really like the key for the rear spoiler deployment!
I've just bought the Chiron from IWOOT when they had 20% off. I have also discovered the alternative sets on rebrickable recently - so I went looking on there and found this update:
https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-16181/jb70/42083-...

All the bits for the upgrade arrived yesterday so I think I know what my evenings next week will be taken up with!

Only locally on FB Marketplace. Postage from Lux to anwywhere is bloody expensive, especially with large boxes to be protected, and you kind of need the boxes to keep the values up.
See Bricklink for the differences in prices between kits either without a box, or without instructions, or both, and kits with box and instructions. They may surprise you!

9396 Rescue Helicopter going tonight for €79 (that one was one of my eldest daughter's, so she'll be pleased with the €!)

I sell stuff on eBay but only list on £1 ffv days and cash on collection only. Amazing how far some people will drive for Lego !

OK, I think I might have a serious lego problem .... I have 96.1% of the parts needed to build that MOC ... and I don't even own the Chiron set eek

Only 144 parts needed whistle

Haha. That is a good effort!
I needed 260 pieces - and that was after I had bought the set so you've got a head start before doing anything laugh
