That's a honey.
Love the lamp glass detail.
Who's it made by?

I should have guessed. Quality stuff, I've got an Autoart Porsche 901 somewhere.

Yes in general Autoart are excellent although I tend to find some are better detailed than others.
Most mine I have had many years and they have proven to be an excellent investment as well as some have gone crazy in price.

I was tempted by one of these and they were available at £180 (in dark green) until very recently,
but I decided that I couldn't live with those completely wrong low profile tyres.

Now that particular stockist no longer has any ............. I sort of want one biggrin.

One of the last AutoArt models I bought was the Lamborghini Sesto Elemento and it's currently about £320 although I got mine for quite a bit less. I have a lot of AutoArts but the soaring prices over the last few years have made me think seriously about buying any more. Unless they release a model I really want, then I refuse to buy them at the ridiculous prices they are asking.

I only have 2, the James Bond DBS and the James Bond Vanquish.

I do however want to buy more but I'm unsure of good brands and places to buy online. eBay seems expensive.

Any tips/sites/brands?

Most of my models have been from ebay and you can get some good prices. There are also a couple of online model suppliers which are not too bad on prices. Kyosho are as good as AutoArt if not better and prices haven't gone up as much as AutoArt. Other good makes are Minichamps, Make Up, Fujimi, Looksmart, although these are mainly 1:43s and are a bit more expensive. I think it's better to pay more for a good quality model than be disappointed by a cheaper less authentic model.

Me too - but for the cost quoted on Exoto's website ($1k) is it reasonable to see a bloody great big phillips screw-head (transmission x-member in these pics)? I would have hoped they'd disguise that.

That particular one is pretty noticeable in the photos, but less so in person.

Others are much less noticeable and smaller.

I've got the Kouros car (for far less than Exoto ask for these days - The general view is that they're just doing a stock clearance and shutting up shop these days).

If you just want a sealed shelfware model, Norev have announced they are releasing C9s this year - About 60 Euros.

I'll be getting a Le Mans winner Silver 61 to go with my Exoto.

I also have a couple of these

The Le Mans winner Group C car and a Castrol Livery IMSA Daytona car.
