The 1:18 model car thread - pics & discussion
Discussion
Recently received the 1:18 #17 Ford Falcon FG X driven by Scott McLaughlin to the 2018 Virgin Australia Supercars Championship. After losing the title on the last lap of the last race of the season in 2017 ( https://youtu.be/Z3tRuiyCMLw) the 2018 title was something of a redemption and the last season of the Falcon before Ford teams switched to the Mustang.
A limited edition model was produced by Authentic Collectables and I've included a few images below. Safe to say the quality is good as well as the accuracy and attention to detail on minor sponsors logos and race specific graphics.

Great looking model with details! Altho anything aussie racing is alien to me. (Been in a horrible Ford Falcon taxi from Sydney airport thats it )
Since I can’t afford a real one, here’s my 1:18 TVR Sagaris. Love to find that cheap, LHD Sagaris one day...

Ive been looking for a 1:18 Le Mans Toyota, but I cant see one on Sparks web site?
Take a look at Grand Prix Models, it looks like they have a couple in stock:https://www.grandprixmodels.com/
And search “TS050”

Loving your work.
Thanks. I just never got round to opening them so they sat there piled up. Took up a decent amount of space in the hall. Wife got annoyed and said if they weren't 'sorted' by the end of the bank holiday weekend they'd end up outside.thebigmacmoomin said:

Does anybody know where I could purchase a model, 1:18 preferred, of a white E30 M3 Convertible? Seems to be a few other colours out there but unable to find a white convertible.
DHE, I don't collect BMWs but I've looked at the places I do use and can't see any in white. It may be possible to get another colour and get someone to respray it for you. There are some people on here that do some excellent work and may take it on.Gassing Station | Scale Models | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
