It will probably be £100+ possibly £150 if you go by piece count of modular buildings and a licence fee. So it will need something to draw people in.

Someone will have got hold of one early, they will probably have it on show for trade purchasers soon.

Sounds like it is out starting today as a VIP special ahead of it's Feb 1st general LEGO Store release date.

The 3 half eyed models actually look better in person, overall it looks pretty good (if you like the Simpsons) but quite expensive just for the building.

You get the 5 Simpsons characters as well as Flanders. They have one built in the window at the LEGO store in Leeds if you want to check it out.

I imagine it will be limited by sales due to cost as its not an individually numbered set.

There should also be a set of 16 minifigs after the LEGO Movie Minifigs so you can get a few more minifigs to add to the scene.

When you have something in your basket it allows you to sign up for an id and card, not sure how easy it is to convert that into showing you the set.

However they are out of stock anyway.

Limit of 2 per customer in Leeds last time I looked.
