850 euros here in Holland I believe. That’s insane.
If you know someone in the UK you can order it from the UK Lego store. With the current exchange rate it works out to be around EUR700.He must have tiny arms. It is a big set there's no denying it but compared the ucs star destroyer it just doesn't seem so big. It might be an optical illusion as it was on its own.
When I've built it I'll put my star destroyer together for a proper comparison.
It is big enough that I won't have anywhere to actually put it when it's assembled though so it will only be together for a short time before I have to break it down and put it back in the box.

I'm surprised that no enterprising soul has come up with a wall mounting cradle + glass fronted box to mount them in.
Like the whole range of ships in the Star Wars exhibit in Legoland, in factFalcon by Nick Liassides, on Flickr

Managed to pick up a Saturn V when I was in London a couple of weeks back. It's a great build, but I had a missing piece in bag 1 (10 x 2 plate) that I had to wait to be delivered before I could finish it. It's the first missing piece I've had in 40+ sets, was pretty impressed with the Lego service to get a new piece to me.
Will definitely pick up a UCS Falcon, but I have nowhere in my Lego room for it to go so will have to sacrifice a large piece for it I think.

Does anyone like the fact they have them in labeled bags now? I feel like they've tried to make them easier as half the fun is scrabbling through to find a piece. I empty all the bags into one pile.
That works alright for some of the smaller sets, but taking Ninjago City as an example, there are around 45 bags with typically three bags per stage, that to me provides enough for a good Scrabble each stage. The other thing to bear in mind is that the colour in the manual is often hard to identify with a particular brick and if they've got similar colours they'll often do their best to separate those into different bags, so you might get halfway through a build and realise that grey brick holding everything up should actually be beige and you need that grey brick for something else.Zoobeef said:

I've got around 50 sets, ranging from little ones to 1k+ piece technic and star wars sets, when taken apart, as they are now, all go in two big boxes. Took me about a year to build it all last time.
