You need to have a look at the roof of your Aston, somethings wrong.
Mine is smooth from the windscreen back with no yellow showing.

My purchases today, love the Senna. F40 doesn't look quite right

Bought these this morning.

The Senna looks good. The F40 doesn’t.

We will see in an hour or so.

The Mini looks wonderful but hard to justify the cost as it comes with all the other tat.

Senna & F40 done.

The Senna is very very good. The F40 is, frankly, piss poor.

Wheelbase is too short & it just looks oddly out of proportion when compared to the Senna.

Anyway next build is the Mini set. The original Mini should be good although not sure about the buggy Mini.

It's frankly taking the piss at £45 given that the two-car Dodge set released at the same time has a virtually identical piece count and costs £10 less, and the two-car sets from last year (911) and the previous year (GT40) cost £35 and £30 respectively.

Yadda yadda licensing fees. It's straight-up gauging by Lego, given how popular it knows the '67 Cooper S is. And it has worked - for all my moaning, I've cashed in some VIP points and ordered it....

And don't get me started on the bizarre $/£ pricing on some sets. The Dodge set is $30 but £35. I know the £ has slipped but it's still worth more than the $. And no, it's not tax as most other sets still have a higher $ price than £ price.

And breathe..... furiousrolleyes

I have to agree with you on the F40. Just looks wrong. I picked up the Senna today and looking forward to that. I've also completed the Mustang which IMO looks really good too. Pics later tonight...

Finished the Dodge set (75893) tonight. Can't recommend enough, both cars are super cool and look really good. Love the wider wheels at the back of the Charger. The lights also have a nifty mechanism to drop the lights. Enjoy.

The more I look at the Mini the more it disappoints me.

Less than half the size of the Senna yet four times more expensive - Senna cost me £11.00, the Mini set cost me £45.00.

Not sure that the buggy Mini will make up for another poor kit.

I think Lego are taking the p155.

Took me ages to build this as my eyes are tired - but it is very good. I normally build the Speed Champions cars with my 7 year old - I'm glad I didn't with this one....

That mini looks poor but where did you find the Senna for £11??

My local Sainsbury’s. I think it was priced wrong because Argos sell the Senna for £12.99.

Only one on the shelf so I bought it.

They've done an amazing job on the Senna considering the intricacies of the design, putting it next to the F40 just highlights how wrong that one looks.

The Senna is 4.5% longer than an F40C in real life.

What I find interesting here is that the same set seems to have different wheels on the F40, I think the set SydneyBridge has contains a more accurate representation.
