Awesome! It's been one of my favourite builds of all the ones I've done and it makes a fantastic display model.

I'll make the same offer to you re. stickers - if you screw up any of the reflective silver ones on the inside of the cargo bay doors let me know as I have some spares knocking about I'd be happy to send out.

Actually seems reasonable value compared to some of the sets lately, certainly puts that Obi Wan/Vader set into perspective, Disney licencing fee must be immense!

So if anyone has an over stocked frog chorus but needs one of these….. wink

Thanks funk! I’ll try the water and washing up liquid trick first, but will bear you in mind.

An update on the Lego brick computer screen, you can run it as an external screen... and play Doom on it hehe

72x40 black and white Doom, but still Doom.

Our local stock clearance auction house has a lot of Lego offered at the moment, and will deliver via DPD. I've bought a few bits and pieces from John Pye - the photos are fairly good and representative.

I've been to look at the stock today and the majority of it it is intact, unopened, a few look like damaged boxes that have been taped up, but all have come from Amazon fulfillment via third party sellers.

Bear in mind there is a 25% Buyers premium on top of the bid price, and a further 20% VAT on top of that. Delivery is £13 up to £100.

Some real bargains there at the moment, but I suspect that the bids will escalate quickly.

One of the Sians is £130, great. +25% = £162.50, + 20% £195 +minimum £13 delivery, probably more though £208.

Purchased one from Amazon for £200 a while ago, then cancelled it and ended up re ordering it again for £210. What do you bet it goes up from £130? fees of 25% seem crazy, alot of auction houses must be bringing in serious money and alot of punters will be getting a real shock when they have added all the fees on.

The prices will look like bargains until they have about 50% extra added at the end.

Also the RRP's are all over the place and many incorrect, they literally have multiple listings for the same item with different RRP's listed.

Finished Optimus Prime, nice easy but fun build.

I did think it was not quite as good as the one from sixsix though which is on Yourwobb, it was a harder build. Doesn't transform mind you.

I made the succulents at the weekend. Not a very long build, but some really interesting use of pieces, and I'm pretty sure they'll last longer than the real succulents I had.

Damn you Lego ideas....

I do have a few kits dismantled and boxed up ready to sell... I also had about £35 off TopCashback to use...

Should probably strip down my Arocs or my mkii crane to sell too, to make some more space
