Motorised Lighthouse is £187.99 at John Lewis if you join MyJohnLewis (for free) and stick MYSAVE20 in at the checkout.

Which, combined with the Technic F1 for £116 at Amazon, makes this an expensive month.

Jazz Quartet reduced to £67 from £90 at Argos: https://www.argos.co.uk/product/3289677
An absolutely fantastic build for anyone that has not done it yet.

Best use of a 1x2 jumper plate in the history of Lego sets:

its a great set, a colleague has it and recently added the MOC Amy Winehouse to complete the "band" and its very effective (https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-125488/Tiny%20Bricks/amy-winehouse/#details)

Anyone interested in buying the Looping Coaster, complete but previously built (and still partially built)? Need the space so will let it go fairly cheaply to someone on here.

Looks like the promo code is 'brand new customers only' as it tells me no. Still, £207 isn't a bad price anyway, I've not seen it discounted before.

That's odd - I'm not a new customer (though I re-signed-ip to MJL having cancelled it previously).

Oh hang about - I've done it. I thought mine was active but it wasn't, I've re-joined and it's worked, thanks for the tip!

That's very cool. Also annoying as now I'm going to spend st loads on parts to make additional band members for the jazz club set?

The Wall-e and Eve Brickheadz are back in stock if anyone missed them at launch: https://www.lego.com/en-gb/product/eve-wall-e-4061...
Out of stock at Legoland today, although annoyingly they had a display set at the till - they said it is really popular and sells out as soon as they get more in. I got WilE Coyote and Road Runner instead.

Does anyone have the Sydney skyline set (21032) they'd sell for sensible money? My sister in law is after it but baulking at the prices on eBay and the like...

Had a good look at the built one in the Lego store yesterday, the F1 is stunning but the other thing is clearly an excuse to bump the price, looks awful.

Yep, I really wish the F1 was a 1-car set, I'm trying to cut back on Speed Champions purchases so it doesn't help one of my most wanted cars being in a 30+ quid double set rotate

My Motorised Lighthouse and Atari have both landed. The 'not buying any more Lego for now' continues to go to plan...

Was at the Lego shop in London yesterday with my boy.... Ended up going to the till three times to the same till and my "only spending £13 on the personalised Lego man" to 5 sets and the two freebies and £130 odd as the girl said "you've probably spent over the threshold" to me

And not even much for me, it was the £60 Minecraft set that he wanted with his £30 birthday money and I was spoiling him biggrin no regrets

That is impressive. I don't know if anyone here follows the Brickscraft yt channel but he's just moved his collection into its own museum and is busy building up his city again. The amount of work that does into something like that is mind boggling.
