After about 8 weeks my lepin order arrived in a jiffy bag split. Stickers are useless and all over every packet going

I guess they dont use boxes then
So found 3 bags where missing inc the wheels. I tried to contact them several times and in the end i got a reply saying to build it and let them know whats missing. I couldnt get past number 2 as the bag with the parts in was missing. Since no reply so having to try claiming on my credit card now ffs

Did you order the Defender in the end? What "make" (King?) is it and where did you buy it from? Shame it's not been a smooth experience, I've never had a problem with Lepin before (no missing parts or knackered stickers).

Similar disappointing experience to me. I'm in a constant never ending loop of messages with the AlieExpress seller, where I provide information, they say they'll send the missing parts and then a few days later they ask for more info. I get the impression they are stalling until the deadline for raising a dispute has passed, but I've got my eye on that. Getting hacked off with it now. Won't be buying anymore fake Lego .

I've given up trying to resolve the missing parts from my Alie Express Saturn V purchase. £40 down the tubes. The seller (Bricks Club Store) has strung me along for weeks painfully trying to identify what I was missing and then claiming they would rectify it, but now they are not responding to messages. The AliExpress dispute process is garbage, as it doesn't accept missing items as a valid dispute, just telling you to wait longer. I think I'll be sticking to the real deal from now on.

Could you not order the bits you need from Lego? I appreciate you shouldn't have to but it beats having a half built model taking up space...

Yes I probably could, but need to actually figure out what’s missing. I know it’s one bag of parts, but I don’t know what the contents of said bag should be.

It's no five minute job, but you can work through the inventory here:
https://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?S=213...

If you've not used Bricklink before, you can add the bits you need to a 'Wanted List' and use that to buy from Bricklink sellers easily.

I had a full refund from my card company as Lepin didn't respond as half the parts didn't arrive. If anyone else had similar issues i'd claim to get your money back.

Quick heads-up - The guys running Lepin have been arrested for 9 years based on a lawsuit that LEGO finally won against them in China, and their operations have been shuttered and remaining stock confiscated - this is most likely why parts have been missing, no communication through Aliexpress etc.

Surprised this has finally happened and even moreso that they’ve been arrested in China for it!

I thought stock was confiscated a while back when they did the big raid?

Yes the stock was short for a little while earlier in the year. Seems to be back in full production again now. Not sure what effect the sentence handed down to the Lepin execs will have on the current supply.

Miracles happen. Just got a full refund off AliExpress. I don’t know how it happened because the dispute got closed, but all good I suppose. The seller has suddenly started messaging me asking if I’ve received my missing parts yet as well.

Is there any reliable places to order from currently, I'd love a Saturn V5 having missed them when Lego was doing them,

You might want to wait.
Rumours that Lego will re-release the Saturn in November.
How true will have to wait and see.

You could try: https://joooooy.com/products/37003-the-apollo-satu...
They also have a Facebook group, and you can read peoples' comments on their service and quality of the kits.
