I still don't have it and the comms from Jadlam have been poor. I have no idea if they even got any stock and the page now says end of May for more. I raised a Customer Support ticket on Wednesday and have still heard nothing. Did anyone else order one, and if so do you have it yet?

Hi all, keen to buy the Lego hogwarts like castle below, and there's dozens of identical ones available across eBay and AliExpress, however trying to understand if it's Lego compatible or not is proving much harder then I expected...

Some sites show it clearly as not Lego compatible, with smaller peices, others claim it is Lego compatible... But with the identical model shown and described.

Can anyone guide as to what to look out for, and whether there is anything to tell?

At least one "tell" is that the piece count needs to be the same.
Bear in mind for copyright reasons they will be reluctant to use words like "Lego" in the listing, even if it's an exact copy.

Snapped a few more bricks together today on the Sport Quattro, this thing is ridiculously fun to build and detailed.

That looks like such a fun build, the opposite of those where you have to squint a bit to work out what it's trying to be biglaugh

I loved building it, there is so much detail!
I recommend fitting the body work stripes with the panels on the car, its much easier to line them up

Loving this build so far, taking some time! I think I paid around £260 and didn't get hit with import tax. Given the mini figures are £18/pair on amazon and it came with 30 odd it seems great value. Missing two small pieces so far and it may just be I've not found them yet. Quality seems as good as lego, though some of the pieces are a bit dull, not sure if genuine lego would be 'shinier'.

Is that the Death Star? Do you happen to have a link? Thanks

Yes, it was actually £154 delivered! Sadly just checked and link no longer works and the seller is out.

My first CaDa build was the Mazda Le Mans car,

Pros: Excellent packaging, awesome door mechanisms, looks great with details
Cons: Instructions were a little awkward, engine bay not incredibly detailed, some of the longer parts (side skirts) a little flimsy but solid when stuck together.

All in all a fun build and something different for £80 and although not the largest the size is pretty good with reference to the Lego GT3. Will consider CaDa as a substitute for Lego for the more interesting builds - Mercedes GT3 looks great as do the F1 cars.

I have the "visually challenging" Lego 42204 still to build but this one looks vastly superior.
