He's clearly an accomplished modeller. His attention to detail on the lighting for his A-Team Lunchbox is exquisite.

Free postage though...

And the use of that photography studio probably didn't come cheap.

Yes they can run on NiMh, you just turn off the low voltage detection.
You could get a Traxxas to Tamiya adaptor, or swap the connector on the ESC if you preferred, but obviously that would probably void the warranty.
Most people seem swap to Hobbywing 1080 any way if the factory one dies
Order placed biggrin

Driving the HPI Bullet the lower suspension arm cracked, looked up the spares as hop-ups on AsiaTees and they don't do the free postage any more. Does anybody need anything and we could share an order and therefore share the shipping costs?

Shame the camera doesn’t pick up the fluorescent orange very well.

That is possibly the best TRX4 landy livery I have seen yet! well done

My flysky finally arrived and by pure perfect timing (of course on my part) my spectrum case turned up too for my new toy.

Thanks, I’m really pleased with it, and wanted something totally unique.
I’ve added a few sponsors now, and am going to leave it like this now for a less is more look.
It looks awesome in person, the camera doesn’t pick up the fluorescent orange very well.

I’ve since found this variation, so might sell the other one and try something similar

Are you putting the graphics on the inside or the outside (TRAXXAS one)?

Just assembled this, I’ve flown racing quads for 2 or 3 years so have all the radio gear and batteries etc. I’ve fitted GPS/autopilot as a safety net and am flying with one of the instructors at my model club. Fly FPV with the quads so line-of- sight is somewhat interesting, but getting there.

Learning is fine it's the inverted screaming passes that have you reaching for CA and kicker!

I flew quads and then fixed wing but have gravitated towards gliders (a niche within a niche) specifically thermal DLG but I also enjoy sloping off the local hills and coastline.
I have just today finished assembling and setting up a modified multiplex solius to replace my last solius which was battered to within an inch of its life over 3 winters on the slopes. A great glider for a foamy and it bounces unlike composite gliders..
Modified with carbon reinforcing in the wings and massive flaps that can be coupled to the ailerons for sharp aerobatics and brakes.

Fits in the rucksack pictured

This will be the laste time it will look this good and as tomorrow it shall literally be thrown off a cliff in a gale for its maiden flight!

Finally got my Kyosho H.O.R. finished.

There are some very clever parts in the build, especially when you consider that the original kit is from 1992.

The stickers are a nightmare though, with over 70 on the rider alone.

My wife started building hers before me, but a broken hand has slowed her down, however she should be back on it soon.

Very nice, I never got around to paining mine and putting the stickers on despite it being fully finished.

I also bought a full carbon frame set for it too, but keep putting off building it as I can’t bring myself to tear it all apart!

Hi, they're RC4WD 1.55 Mud Thrashers
Quite expensive new, I got these as a used set and the stamped wheels. Lugs have gone rusty but hey... it's realistic!

Where do you get your decals from?
