Yes I got the car and most of the bits from t2shop.de They have some very good offers on stuff that’s not always the latest and greatest but perfectly good for me as a hobby racer.
The stuff on offer normally sells pretty quickly though.
Just a warning, nearly every time I refresh their page they have an offer which takes my fancy!
It gets very expensive!

Fabulous, the Kyosho Plazma looks a very similar design to my RC12R5, the rear suspension arms etc look almost identical, enjoy the build, and I look forwards to seeing some pictures too!Have 2 x 1/12 cars to build when I get the chance!

Forgot all about this and have an RC5 (or is it 6) myself, as well as a 10th! Actually, I've forgotten I have another one as well.
So, a tamiya RM-01, kyosho Plazma, RC12R5 and I think an R6 as well. A pic of one on the NT18 engine thread but I'll get a pic of the two RC12s together and maybe you could identify them?

If it helps this was the last version, the R6 I don’t think there is a current R7 version release.

And the RC12 5.1 from around 2010, amazingly 10 years ago it seemed like yesterday I was drooling over the freshly released pictures!

And the RC12 L3, this looks properly ancient now.
Though I suspect they are classed as Vintage and hugely collectible!

It looks like it was Nicads only back then, and of course good old brushed motors, we used to spend an age tuning those 540 motors back then!
I think we had tuned ones from Parma?

I think both mine are R5... maybe one is a 5.1 and one a 5.2... both LiPo...
Will go to the garage and grab some side-by-side pics!
Don't even have a 1S to run them! Was hoping to squeeze a super shorty 2S in or half a 2S saddle I have but I think they're a bit 'thick'.
More things I haven't got round to trying; despite lockdown!

I don’t think I posted pictures of it finished, abs of course it has not turned a wheel since our club has been closed for 9 months and I’m sure will be for another 6 too!
