If anyone sees another before I find one I would very happily add beer vouchers to the cost and postage.
It's here also and slightly cheaper than i paid at Smyths @ £8.99. If you have Amazon Prime then you get free delivery also.....

I ordered a couple off Amazon today also. Just collecting some modern classics/classics for now.

Yes the wheels are indeed different on the RS2. I do prefer the style on mine though. I do really like your Bmw M trailer set. Had a look for those but don't think I'm prepared to pay the asking price for those yet.

Picked these up from Smyths yesterday......this hobby is slightly becoming addictive biggrin

It's amazing the price fluctuations for the Hot Wheels Premium BMW Display Diecast Collection 4-Pack, looks like they are now discontinued back listed on Mattel's site for £44.99, and on Smyths reduced from £19.99 to £12.99, though Amazon are showing availability for £41.63

I think the Smyth's price is clickbait as they've no stock and no more coming. The BMW set was also a Smyth's exclusive.

I tend to cross shop now as I've noticed the price fluctuations aswell.

Some lucky people would have gotten that BMW set for £12.99. I'm jealous. It does appear though that there's a similar variation coming out soon as i've just seen a sneak peek of this on Instagram....

Hopefully, the make a similar set to the previous!

In my post-Covid role I only have to commute to the office once a week, but my journey home takes me past the Smyths superstore nr J11 of the M4 in Reading.

I might make 'a thing' of popping in there once a week to get one (or more) !

This takes me back to the 1970s, living as a 5yo in a very quiet village in rural Stafforshire, mum didn't drive and my Dad worked long hours, we were a tad isolated from the outside world.

Every Thursday my recently-retired grandparents would roll up, Grandad at the helm of his 1976 Ford Capri that he'd been gifted as a retirement present.

He used to stop at the local toy shop en route and pick up three Matchbox cars for my two brothers and I.

Now 50, I've still got most of these, our 7yo still plays with them along with his Hot Wheels.

I like to think by popping into Smyths I will be continuing a family tradition, that he will hopefully hand on to his kids.

Picked that up also. Appears very popular and the Metro looks amazing. Picked up the last one at the Smyths store but there were plenty left of the Mercedes AMG team transport trailer.

My haul this week, I've been to a few Tesco's and always see what's available

I think I need to get all this lot wall mounted, it's getting a bit out of hand
