No drama with the decals.

I thought this was the Tamiya 1/12 at first - lovely work and a surprise bit of quality from Revell.

Being thoroughly impressed by Henry building something much smaller than he was used to and getting such stunning results. I thought I’d have a go at a smaller scale myself..

1/350 scale to be precise.

AMT '40 Ford coupe. First built in '82...then rebuilt...and rebuilt...and now again rebuilt....
Early pics are pics of pics from the album...seems apt the subject is similarly recycled.....photo locations consistent too, within inches...

Evening chaps,
Not sure if this is the right forum but I'll asksmile
Anyone know where or how I would get the model below valued/sold ? I'm in South Manchester area.

It was a one off commission piece 25 years ago by British Rail of a cable laying train.
Never been ran or out of the presentation case it came in.
Card underneath says by
'Grixy'
Dave Lowery, Modelmaker, Peterborough.

God knows why the image keeps showing upside down after 3 various attempts at unloading mad

The name Dave Lowery rings a bell, possibly resident modelmaker on one of the model railway magazines...Model Rail? Niche item, small market...I fear a paltry sum not commensurate with it's quality even through a railwayana auction...sorry. Hope I'm wrong.

That looks ace. I work at the National Railway Museum, would you like me to see if there's any interest in adding it to our collection?

They interested in a teaspoon as well biglaugh it may have been 'purloined' from somewhere on the south coast a long time ago (about 40 years ago).
I'll try and root out an old engine book as well if I haven't disposed of it.

Thanks! It's a rather confused little Ford, not sure of style or purpose, but I think it's safe to say we'd see plumes of thick inky black smoke and soot billowing from it's chimney.
