Hi Ian,
I sold the car to Dan about 2015/16? I've not seen it since but he's an enthusiast so no doubt cared for it.
I actually bought and sold that car a few times, if you have a look at the seat subframes the first owner drilled them to alter seat height. He was a Honda F1 engineer and retired when Brawn took over and bought this car new. He sold it to me. IIRC through the years it went via an army guy to a young enthusiast (who bought Ti exhaust from Renault parts), then to Martin Watson who sold it to me. He's fanatical and had it detailed, polybushed and Stage 1 remap. I sold it through the garage showroom I used to share.
Amusingly I seem to have been involved in nearly every buy/sell until Dan's sale.
Hope that helps, I see it's still for sale and the OP is Dec 1st 2019 so maybe you decided against.

End price £17600. Owner may have been high bidder klaxon.
Described some light body damage in ad plus lacquer peeling off carbon bonnet. Still a good buy for low miles although seemed to have been well tracked then stored a couple of years .
The problem with these now they’re ten years old is you really need a good look at them before buying. E.g the carbon fibre Sabelt Seats used to break away from subframe mounting and need repair. Etc.

I'm considering adding an R26R to the collection, anyone know anything about either of these two cars?
I see above there is a bit of old info regarding No.95 but I just want to make sure it's still a good one and hasn't seen anything dodgy within the last couple of years!
No.37 Current Reg: DG09YOY
No.95 Current Reg: R26RYO
