Hi, I have a clio 172 53plate I've recently changed front offside drive shaft as soon as I fitted it an went to run the car I heard a grinding/vibrating noise from inside the car can't hear anything outside but only started once I had fitted this drive shaft any help would be appreciated cheers

I changed both drive shafts on my 172, and have never heard a grinding noise from inside or outside of the car. Are you sure that you have fitted the correct part? I think Ph1 172s had a shorter shaft than the Ph2. The 182 cup has a different shaft as well.
