Considering selling my 275 Trophy in Liquid Yellow with stock Ohlins suspension and 19 inch alloys. Sat on 36k Miles, just passed its MOT, no advisories. Cambelt, water pump and auxiliary belt all just been done this month. Just been serviced too

Where does this sit on value?

Thanks

I have a max spec Cup-S in LY.

I have no idea of current market but it does seem to be short on nice high spec examples. And with the belts done also good.

One thing that is starting to worry me is the life of the Ohlin's. Whether they become like the Sachs on a Clio where people are looking to see them serviced.

With this in mind I think it could be anyplace between £14k - £18k

I think a specialist dealer may target the top end. But may have a mark-up of £3k in the price.

Always been trying to persuade my wife to get one to partner mine......... If you get to the lower end of that number let me know!

At that mileage and with the belts done, I'd say around £17K as a private sale. I've just bought a Cup-S and the Ohlins need a rebuild, seems to be a common problem now. Someone suggested over on RSMegane.com that the service interval should be 4 years or 25K miles. So depending on whether you've had that done or not, that'll affect how much you can get for it.

I've been quoted between £350-630 depending on what needs doing at Mick Gardner Racing (that's just the front dampers). They don't offer a drive in drive out service, so you'll have to get some other suspension to swap in while they're off being rebuilt. A bit of a faff for sure, but I'm seriously impressed with the Ohlins so well worth it!
