Well, what a joke. The car has been delivered without the options I ordered. They only bothered to tell me 2 hours before I collect it.

Not acceptable I said so now a new order has to be placed and that won't be through until August, and the colour I want is now not available.

On the point of telling them to shove it.

That is poor. Have you considered asking for a discount and taking it as is?

What's missing?

Oh no, that's not good, I know that some colours were removed from the ordering portal for PSA last week, lacquered grey on the non cross version for one. Also stellantis are struggling with powered boots for Peugeot models so if that's an option that's missing then it could explain it.

Thats interesting as its the Comfort pack thats missing, which is power tailgate, adaptive cruise andc360 cameras. The colour is Copper Gold.

I've told them I don't want any othere colour and they have come up with discount on the monthly lease payment of >10% p,us special coating on the paint. Deal done and collecting it this PM.

Kind of good news then! I'd sooner have the cheaper payments smile don't forget to upload some pics.

Stellantis have dropped a fair bit of standard spec especially on Peugeot models due to supply, electric and heated seats and power tailgate on all the 3008 and 5008 gt premiums.

I've got the adaptive cruise on my current 5008 and very rarely use it, mpg drops a fair bit on mine and the gap it leaves even on the closest setting means cars just drop into it on the motorway.

I had it in my mind that the comfort pack was more extensive thn it is so I'm pleased with the discount which is £2,400 saved over the term.

Standard spec on Performance Line Plus is pretty good to be hnest.

That colour is just tremendous. Makes a change from 50 shades of grey, and really brings out the body shape. Not surprised that you refused to budge on colour!

Shape reminds me of Lexus UX, but a little more daring.

Interested in the C-pillar treatment. Looks to be some very deep creases there. Does the metal fold back on itself?

No, it's just a crease line.

Its really quite striking in the flesh. I like the fact that its a stand out colous. My dealer has a demo on in the same colour and I can't understand why its been deleted.

Many many things to play with in the dashboard that I'm just getting around to sorting out.

Hybrids are not normally exempt from the London conjecstion charge. Seems there is a way to lock into electric mode where it reserves some power to make sure you stay electric and there is a light bu the mirror which tells the cameras that it's electric. Not quite got that sussed.

The scanning suspension is fantastic over the forest of sleeping policemen in this borough too.

So far, nothing to complain about at all.

I'm not a massive fan of the leather DS interiors. The performance line plus has this alcantara which I had in my DS7 and it was smart and comfortable for the 4 years I had it.

After 150 miles I'm loving it. Also had a bit of a result. Seems it was only the power tailgate that's missing from the pack I ordered. Its got adaptive cruise and 360 cameras.

I've saved £2500 against an £850 extra and got 2/3 of the options.

Result smile

Question - can the battery pack charge from the engine (like a self-charging hybrid), or do you have to plug it in to get any kind of electric range?

There is no self charging at all. There is a tiny amount of regenerative battery top up, but negligible I suspect.

I've done a 26 mile round trip all electric with no concerns at all. Charges from 2% to full in 90 mins via my Podpoint.

Interesting to see what guys have to say about the New DS4. Had to wait until beginning of may to try one. Loved it and have DS4Tracadora with the normal 1200 engine in gold with black roof on order. Included the comfort pack as it seems a good option. Hearing what you say looks like I may be in for a wait. When ordered delivery was estimated as July but did think then it was a little optimistic. Would have love the ETense but just a bit out of my price range.
Please keep posting how your getting on with your DS4. So looking forward to getting ours.

When did you order it? I ordered in may and was told it would be July / August.

Mine still hasnt been built yet so July is looking unlikely

Hi. I ordered in May and was told exactly the same. Estimated delivery July. I have contacted a couple of other DS dealers and they say 3 or 4months delivery which I reckon sounds about right. Waiting for an update from from my dealer. I am in York. I will post again when I get the update.

Picked up a DS 4 Performance Plus E-Tense in Laquered Grey with back roof last month from DS Stirling. I had a 330e Touring on order since last year and got fed up waiting. Luckily DS Stirling had one available as a pre-order.
Really enjoying it so far. Certainly turns heads I've received plenty of compliments on it.
One thing that really bugs me is in the conversion to RHD they have deleted the aluminium foot rest which is just carpeted. Tried to source one to fit myself without any success. Lets the otherwise great interior down a bit.

Not noticed the foot rest thing, but now I'm going to check! Heading to Germany in ours in 3 weeks. Really looking forwards to it.

Heading off on a trip in ours too in a few weeks. Not as far as Germany (just the South Coast) but looking forward to giving it a try on a longer trip. Let me know if you have a foot rest cover. Maybe they forgot to add mine!
