First of all I have no affiliation with this company and have no financial gain or any other gain by posting this.

On Wednesday I couldn't open the drivers door of my 2010 Continental GT. The passenger door and boot all operated as they should but the drivers door would not budge.

A industry professional told me the deadlock had failed so I rang Harwoods Bentley Hampshire to order a new part and book my car in for repair. The part arrived the next day so I drove over managing to get in and out via the passenger seat. I contacted 'AutoProtect Administration Ltd' while I was at Harwoods and they spoke directly to the parts manager who obtained the authorisation number. After 2 hours the car was repaired and I settled the invoice.

I emailed the invoice to the claims department at A1 Autoprotect on Thursday and the cheque arrived this morning covering the full invoice fee.

Superb service both by Harwood Bentley (Craig) and the car warranty company Autoprotect.
