Make sure your insurer is happy with you going for winter tyres.

I accept no responsibility about the suitability of these tyres for your car. The decision is yours alone.

Where in the UK are you?

Very little benefit if you're city based and unlikely to get more than a few days of snow and ice. May as well stick with your usual tyres.

I've never fitted winter tyres to any of my vehicles and it's never been a problem - based in NW England. However, I could see it being a wise move if you live in the Scottish Highlands.

Hi

Mulsanne will be heading to the Alps for the skiing season so a good feed back on winter tyres would be appreciated .

I run winters tyres on my Defender during the skiing season and it give so much more grip and control .

Try winter tyres on a very cold, wet road & you will realise the benefits are not just on ice & snow.
