Probably go the way of the Megane R26.R with dealers struggling to shift but two years later the prices start coming strong.

Of course i knew this at the time of the Megane and didn't buy one and I'm also not getting the MINI so I clearly believe in my own words!!

Also been offered one. I think the whole issue of their future desirability will be down to the level of content that carries over into the GP3.

Surely at the front of Mini's mind is that they're setting a level of expectation with this car that the F56 GP3 will have to surpass - I suspect in reality they could have gone further with this car visually (more differences from standard JCW) and technically (bigger brakes/power nudge) but didn't because of where it'll set the bar for GP3.

If the GP3 is this and more then it could stuff residuals for this car.

I'm on the fence currently, a Megane Trophy R is the alternative!

My assumption was that the challange would be the rs version and the gp3 the gt3 version.

Guys, get yourself booked onto the opentrack trackday at Brands on the evening of 20th June as there will be a group of us Challenge owners there - would be great to see more and indeed they were built for the track
