So after getting frustrated in the Volvo XC60 I've finally took the plunge back in to the world of Mini

So luckily they had a car in storage and i can collect in a few days. Cannot wait.

Fairly standard used car. Chilli and Media Pack XL plus darkened rear glass and rear parking sensors. Car is electric blue with white roof and mirrors plus black wheels. You don’t see too many like this but I really liked it.

How are you getting on with your S Seven?

Ordered a three door variant today for delivery early Feb. Cant wait!

It a great car currently sat on around 3500 miles so its coming to life. Had a few niggles with the car before Christmas which resulted in 4 days in the dealership having a new cat fitted and sensors replaced as it was burning fuel like mad. Mini assist was crap and it was 8 hours to come out but the dealership were great.

Kent to Edinburgh managed 39mpg with cruise on at 80mph which i was happy about.

But the sound when you stick in sport and push on definitely makes up for it.

Yes i was impressed with the way it drove on the test drive. The engine has a lot of character.

Went for the same colour combo as you, though in the 3 door variant and on the 17s.

Just the wait now for it to be built and shipped. Hoping the dealer is correct with their early Feb handover prediction....

4 pot petrol Turbos always seem to get a good kicking, but like you I like the engine in mine as well. Enjoy it when you get it.

Just had it out for a drive ( honestly i got called out for the alarm at work) and when you have open roads it certainly will make you smile.
