Countryman S Ditching Runflats

Any recommendations for ditching the runflats on a Countryman Cooper S All4 (R60 model)?

Size is 225/45 R18 which seems to be annoyingly obscure without much choice.

Was considering something All Season but there's even less choice than summer tyres!

I ditched the runflats on my F56 a few months ago. I went with Michelin Pilot Supersports, and the improvement over the standard runflats was night and day.

Stuck your size into Blackcircles and they have them in stock, so those would be my recommendation - 155 a corner.

One of the guys in my work has a Golf R and swears by Toyo Proxxes t1's, also available in your size on Blackcircles so they might be worth a shout if you don't want to spend as much. Reviews on them seem to be good.
