Fitting lounge seats to a MCS R56

Hi all, just got my R56 Cooper S, really liking the look of the lounge seats and you do get them come up for sale now and again on ebay. How difficult is it to retrofit them? Also a lot of them seem to have heated seats which I don't have in my car. Is that an issue?

Very straight forward and easy for a DIY mechanic with the right bits, I needed a visit to Halfords.
Centre fixing for rears and four bolts for the front seats from memory. Don't start the car without the seat belt holders plugged in otherwise you will pop up the air bag light. They are also heated but you don't need to use that part of the loom.

Not sure, whereabouts in the uk are you? I happen to have a set of black seats in my garage, now have a F55.
