Countryman Daytime running lights

I'm after some advise and wondered if anyone had changed their fog lights for the halo type DRL's on their countryman.
Mine is a 2012 cooperSd.
My fog lights are no good , ones smashed and the other one is not working so I thought I would change them if its easy enough.
Obvs the OEM one are really expensive and then Ive found the chinese ones on ebay at £140 ish. Don't mind spending a few quid but don't want to buy the 'cheaper' ones if they are rubbish. Are there any Uk suppliers that do them?
Any advise would be appreciated?
