Thanks, yes the guides for the cam chain are the problem, I was tempted to have it checked out when all the modifications were being done but decided not to because the engine was quiet on a cold start plus the very low mileage. The re-map and K&N filter (which fits in the standard air-box so no big heat suck) completely transformed the car and I'd recommend Celtic to re-map it if you ever chose to do that.
Mine was a high spec too with heated cloth seats, upgraded lights etc.
They were very expensive new and for such an impractical load space can understand why they didn't sell that many, still it adds to the rarity of it. People quite often say to me they didn't realise they made a van version
