hello guys and girls below is a planned itinerary of events for the 27th of may 06. we are actively looking for particpants and new members in the SW. please come and support us on this great day out. please PM / email or call us for further details on how to take part or just come along and watch! we are mainly plymouth - down and all surrounding areas.
this day out has great support (prizes etc) and local media coverage and the chance to see minis doing 100 mph + stood still! all welcome.

Proposed itinerary: day: ‘THE PLYMOUTH JOB; A day out into the relatively unknown world or Plymouth. Please keep all hands and artefacts inside the cars at all times. Do not feed the pedestrians. The organisers will not be held responsible for embarrassment of other vehicles on the road.
ALL TIMES ONWARD OF 10.30 ARE APPROXIMATE.
10.30am: Ace café ‘style’ meet @ Route 38.
10.45am Photo shoot & meet and greet. (Photos available later on request.)
11.00am Brunch @ Route 38
11.45 am Tunnel run to Ocean BMW - Plymouth. Including mystery MINI prize (suggested official MINI roof decal) and refreshments. Presentation of trophy and certificate from BMW for best styled MINI of the day.
1.00 pm Alan Jefferey’s (The rolling road engine tuning specialist).In conjunction with Turnbulls. Demo vehicles. MINI COOPER CONVERTIBLE AND MINI VAN SHOW CARS.
-Full data logging of boost and air/fuel as well as power and torque at the wheels and flywheel
-Readings possible over 1000 BHP per axle.
-Two and four wheel drive bed
-£30 per car: 10+ cars needed to run. Included is a diagnostic print out with graph of your cars power BHP/ torque/ @ wheels & flywheel + air and fuel ratio mix, boost available for cooper S. Indoor viewing room with on screen presentation.
Photo shoot. Press coverage from ‘Fast and Modified’. (‘Fast and Modified’ is a 32 page glossy brochure inside the SW Autotrader.)
4.00 pm Prize giving. Presentation of trophy and certificate from Turnbulls for best power increase from standard MINI of the day and a £50 Turnbulls voucher to be spent at either Plymouth or Truro.
