Any Gordon Keeble Owners Out There?

Re:Clonk.
Well GK 52 was right I'd think:The two nuts keeping thehubs on the cones were not tight. I suddenly remembered that I had the same problem on Nr 14,where the nut came loose. As I dismantelled this one as well,I thought to follow GK 52's advice and could add an extra half turn on the nuts!!
This is a marvellous forum!

Hi all,
I come at a point I have to make difficult decisions.Living in Antwerp,Belgium is a real problem now with the Low emission zone tightening more and more.Traffic has grown enormously to the point there is not much fun driving my cars anymore.
I therefore decided to sell several cars, and the Keeble might be among them(Big V-8's are not liked by the politics anymore here)
I read that several people were looking for a Keeble.. Mine is not cheap,as it is now fully rebuilt.
If someone is interested, contact me at: vanussel.dirk(at)gmail.com

Hi all,
Is somebody interested in changing to power steering? I have a reconditioned rack available and made a few photographs and measurements on my car.
The transplant is not overly difficumt but a lot of fiddling is required as the power rack comes very close to the front pulley.

A few weeks ago,my friend with nr. 14 had to make an emercy stop wherupon the car did a half pirouette.Investigation showed that the car's rear brakes applied more force than wanted. I did the same test on mine(57) and indeed, the rears were squicking before the front ones did.
The technician of nr. 14 altered the balance bar to have 9 mm more bias to the front brakes and it resulted in much better braking.
I am thinking of doing the same?
