Are you OK fabricating fibreglass stuff or have your own contact? If not I know someone who can probably help. He makes Lotus body shells.
Hi there, never worked on fibreglass myself, I’ll have a go at small areas inside the car that need work that cannot be seen, but the fella who will be sorting out the chassis will be hopefully repairing the front end, I can see it probably having a new front nose section, as it’s in quite poor condition really.Edited by elanfan on Sunday 7th November 11:06
Hi all. Winter now been and gone, so work starts back up the garage.
The car is off to have the chassis work done next Sunday, body’s coming off to get at it all correctly.
I collected the rear back plates on Friday, so making a start in rebuilding those, sadly one of the wheel cylinders is wrong Iv been given, so has to be returned.
Iv also fitted new front suspension shocks, so front end is temporary “done” but all has to be taken off anyway, but for now the car usable too roll.
More pics will follow soon
