It's taken a while for me to get around to writing this, but I just want to say that Dove House Motor Company are the best company I've EVER had the pleasure of dealing with. I took my XF in for a boost issue, they spent about 45-minutes diagnosing and about 2 hours subsequently fixing it and charged me less than £80 all-in, including a complimentary valet. I was kept informed throughout and was free to roam around the showroom in the meantime and help myself to posh coffee in the comfortable waiting area. The service was so good, I asked them if they could also change the thermostat on my girlfriend's Smart 450 (pig of a job on a Smart) and the fan/AC belts. I supplied the thermostat and they supplied the belts. I was at work when the job was due to be done and I get a phone call from my girlfriend saying the car's in the air and stripped and the thermostat is the wrong one! Now, most garages at this point would reassemble with the old thermostat, charge for the labour up to that point and leave it with the customer to sort-out the correct part. Not Dove House. They ordered a new thermostat from ECP and carefully cleaned-up the wrong one so I could return it for a refund. The rub was that the new thermostat wouldn't be delivered until the next day. Now, again, most garages would (at the most) offer to provide a number for a local taxi firm, or point my girlfriend to the nearest bus stop. Not Dove House. They OFFERED to drive my girlfriend back home (about 40-minutes away) AND collect her the next morning!!! I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Not only that, but they didn't want paying and re-assured my girlfriend that the bill wouldn't change. So, the next day, thermostat arrived and was fitted, girlfriend was picked-up, but there was a problem... the car wasn't quite ready yet as it needed a WASH! So, they gave it a very decent valet (it was filthy)... washed, tyres dressed, interior vacuumed, etc. Unbelievable service.

I'm not affiliated with Dove House in any way and never used them before. In the future, I would use them without hesitation and have already recommended them to friends and family. I have never experienced such amazing customer service.

Just wanted to give the Dove House team very-deserved public praise.

I've used them a number of times now for bits and pieces on my DB9, they have always been superb. Great levels of communication and outstanding service. Would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for someone to look after your car as though it was their own.

I've bought a car from them a few years back and was very happy with the customer service. Very good company and would have no issues dealing with again.

They need to have another meet and drive out as its been a couple of years since the last one.

I agree with the OP - bought my car from them last year and have used them for bits and pieces since. Car always gets returned valeted - even when it was only having tyres fitted. Definitely recommend them for sales and servicing.

I've not yet bought from them, but I have always found them exceedingly helpful and personable even when I'm browsing.

Great guys and certainly on my watch list for proper cars at sensible money.

Yes they do. Last one I went to I got to rev Mark's McLaren F1 and be the happiest (and deafest) girl in the world for a few minutes biggrin
