And bacon rolls too at The Red Lion, Evenley, Northants NN13 5SH - on the first Sunday of the month from 9.30am until around noon. All car enthusiasts welcomed and it doesn't matter if you're in an Austin7 or a Zonda, or anything in between. All are welcome.

The meet is every month from March to September.

I've been a couple of times and found it to be small but friendly. It's a good excuse to explore some B roads in a Sunday morning.

Sadly not - I bailed out a bit before then.

That's £5200 with VAT / fees.

The fees are a joke, I bought a plate at the last DVLA auction and been monitoring the last couple of days for bargains.

Yeah, but as long as you go in knowing the costs it's OK.

Some real mixed bags... saw some nice ones go for £550 - 600, and 500 M went for £30k! yikes

Agreed, but the fees on mine were almost 1/3 of the cost of the plate. Still wouldn't stop me buying another though.

Yep, all starts next Sunday April 2nd so get your pride and joys fired up and get yourselves down to the Red Lion.

I am away working sadly but will try to make as many as possible.
