Please help me PH. I'm stuck and I don't know what to do next!

I've got an issue with my 2007 Honda Civic. I get the LOUDEST squealing noise coming (I think) from the drivers wheel area when driving straight. As soon as I turn the wheel left or right it goes away. As soon as I touch the brake pedal, even the softest touch it goes away. This only happens when the car is warmed up.

I won't name the garages but it's been into three different ones in Kettering so far and nobody knows what it is. Ball joints, drop links, tie rods etc have all been replaced. Brake pad shims checked, disc backing plate bent back to make sure it's not rubbing etc. Recent garage had it in for two days investigating the brakes and found nothing wrong. Annoying thing is, it's an intermittent fault. Probably happens on about 80% of my journeys.

The purpose of this thread is to ask if anyone has any recommendations for a decent mechanic to look at this? Or any ideas on what it could be?

Here's a sound clip. Increase in noise is cars going past, the squealing is at a constant pitch.
