Looking at the meteox website, the snow patch yet again isn't coming our way.
Maybe it will change direction? (hope)

Finally Thrapston gets some snow. Just on the day I need to be somewhere for the first time in a couple of weeks!

Good job it's only Ellington.

Interesting journey to work today.

MH about 1" (2.5cm) - Sileby ('twixt Leicester & Loughborough) about 6" (15cm)

I know its out of the Counrt but if you're headed north then thouight you should be aware.

It's stopped in Thrapston for now.

Ellington should be OK for later this morning, but I've got to be in London for 08.30 tomorrow morning...

Jack-knifed lorry at Badby on the A361 between Daventry and Banbury, blocked again, 3rd time in 2 weeks. Only a sprinkle here at Woodford Halse.

So that's why I couldn't get to Daventry yesterday morning. Although we've had a total of about 4" in our bit of Woodford.

Anyone local to Thrapston should use www.mbraymer.com/weather.htm it's a local weather station which is very accurate
