I'll guess at Compton lower. The lower being useful if it rains, and it's much nicer oop top if the sun's shining.

Think I was in Compton Lower (cheap seats?) last time I was up there. Didn't like it at all, felt claustrophobic with the stand above impinging on the view.

That pic doesn't look like lower to me though... you can see the sky hehe

Congrats on having the data connection to upload the pic!!

Upper.

Despite being county members and coming to every Lords test for 22 years, you get what you're given.

Steel band warming up... amid discussions of us being out shortly after lunch. irked

3 quick wickets and Lords is alive biggrin

Just the minor issue of Chanderpaul and Bravo...

Wrapped up in 3 days...?

He's seemingly decided to bat it out.

Some elements of the crowd trying to get a Mexican wave going...

Oh, and it's 'kin freezing.

However scoreboard progress also needs to be made in this situation.

Rain predicted tomorrow. He can bat out for the draw... has he got enough partners?

I can feel the need for a post match curry to warm up....

We just need to unprise Chanderpaul [/bleeding obvious]

I'm a little disappointed that we didn't put a few more runs on the board, not that it'll make any difference to the result unless monsoons strike.

One way traffic at the moment, both batsman closing in on 50's

We look a little short of ideas at the moment. Still 25 overs until the new ball, need to keep them from scoring as much as possible.

Chanderpaul is very very good, its a pity he hasn't ever been in a strong Windies side as he would have become a more memorable figure.

Agreed. Should be considered one of the greats, IMO

At last the wicket comes, we were marking time waiting for the new ball, I think we needed to be more aggressive, Strauss certainly guilty of having the slips too deep.

Anyway 222 for 5 down - hopefully we can progress a little now
