It is good to see Andy showing that he is human, he is appreciated more. Nice to see him back

Anyone try for Wimbledon tickets earlier? I got shafted by their awful code system thing. Had to have been registered to their site by last night. Then they should email you a code which you'll need to enter into Ticketmaster to access the ticket selection. Well, they didn't send it. And I queued for 30 minutes for no reason. They're now saying you should have opted for marketing promotions in your account settings to receive the code email. rolleyes

Shambolic from an otherwise usually organised AELTC!

Really hope Andy Murray is thinking about retiring this time, would be sad to see him getting increasingly mullered by the young guns.

Plenty of mileage in Doubles for him (and us). Hope he heads in that direction. smile

Andy should partner up with his brother Jamie in the doubles.. Think that would be a popular move..!

Berrettini is a seriously good player. Wouldn’t expect him to win.

Tickets were an absolute mess. The whole ticket master setup was awful. Loads of people caught out by the sheer number of restrictions.

BBC pissing around with the TV schedules because Muzza has strung a few games together.

Well, he deserves a last hurrah at the fag end of a decent career.

C'mon Andy, get past the second round at least.

Considering he had major surgery for his hip, he didn’t do too bad!

Bit harsh.

Took Djokovic a set to get going this afternoon, I think Draper just annoyed him winning the first!

Murray's blown now. He'll do well to win it from here.

A fair point from Andy in the post match interview;

sic 'I've only played two matches this year, that guys ranked 28 in the world and I've just beaten him'.

Well that was never in doubt... ahem...
Murray looked good in patches, but got so tight in that third set. Closed it out well enough though against a decent opponent. Next round shouldn’t be such a high ranked player, but you don’t know which Murray will turn up.

It’s fair to say that after four years of barely any match play it’s no surprise that he’s rustier than Harry’s XJC.

Hell, he’s hard to watch sometimes, but he just keeps fighting.

The break saved him. He was returning well when the roof was in place but he's going to have to sort his service out if he wants to get much further.

Yep. The roof break saved his ass there. He was on a downward spiral.

Not looking good for Serena.

Be a shame to see two people limp off the court today after Mannarino earlier.
