I concealed carry whenever I am down in Denver. Not so much where I live up in the mountains as it's very safe up here. Low crime rate, with robberies/muggings being extremely rare.
I'm careful when in Denver proper. But rarely go there these days. Little crime round here.red_slr said:

Nice. I have a Trijicon on my .357 revolver and its stood up great.Having said that, for $29 it's certainly a good proof of concept. Being a larger dot, and further away from my eye, it actually works better for me than a rifle red dot. I'd certainly consider the genuine article.
We've had a very hot day in the field on pigeons today. Last week over 1000 pigeons on the field hammering the crop, great expectations of a bumper day today. Not to be and we both shot poorly at times, very difficult crossing shots and high birds for some reason. 1in 3 at best, 59 picked birds. Frustrating at times when they aren't decoying in !

How can you tell that ?
For what it’s worth, she’s shot compound bows for years, to a high level. Whilst they are very different beasts to shotguns, she does have a basic familiarity with shooting, the importance of stance, etc.Main thing is that she’s enjoying it...and will no doubt soon be beating me.

I fancy finding a place with that or a Desert Eagle next time I have spare time in America.
Also other stuff.
Vegas - my pal shot one. Very difficult to even hit a man size target at 20 yards with. Stupidly fierce kick.I fancy finding a place with that or a Desert Eagle next time I have spare time in America.

I had similar fun with a .45 Tommy gun and sprayed a target without hurting it much :-)

Reminds me of one of my first visits to the US. We were in Pennsylvanian and work buddy took me to a range to rent guns and said I could choose. We ended up renting an UZI and 44 Magnum. Uzi was next to useless but it was a fun night that basically went 'tap..tap..tap..tap..tap..BOOOM!!"I had similar fun with a .45 Tommy gun and sprayed a target without hurting it much :-)
Everyone knew that we were from out of town.

It looks extremely unpleasant.
Please do and film it
That guy who’s channel is demolition ranch who shots 50bmg regularly hates his. He only ever shots 1 round and puts it away complaining.
Meanwhile some old balding guy with thick glasses shoots 6 shots from his in <1 second... Please do and film it

I last used an UZI back in 1989.....but I thought it was a decent bit of kit, easy to use and easy to put lots of holes in a target at 25 yards distance.
OK maybe I should rephrase this to "I was next to useless with an Uzi". I'm pretty sure that an Isreali special forces operative will do a better job. alabbasi said:

4/5 years ago, I was working at a firm and soon after starting I got chatting to the rather attractive 50-something lady that sat opposite, who had a slight accent I couldn't place. Turned out she had been born in Israel, and like all men and women there have to do their national service, and she was quite chatty about the technicalities and joys of shooting UZI's and Galil's
